Welcome to Velora Cleaning Services Ltd. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the cleaning services we provide. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Velora Cleaning website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
Velora Cleaning provides professional cleaning services, including but not limited to:
- Domestic home cleaning
- Office cleaning
- Deep cleaning
- Move-in / Move-out cleaning
All services are provided based on the booking details you submit and our availability.
3. Booking & Confirmation
- To book a service, you may submit a request through our website or contact us directly.
- A booking is confirmed only when Velora Cleaning sends you a confirmation email or message.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any booking at our discretion.
4. Pricing & Payment
- Service pricing is based on the type of cleaning, property size, and the time required.
- Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
- You agree to pay all charges associated with your booking. If payment is not received, Velora Cleaning reserves the right to cancel or suspend services.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule your booking by contacting us via email at info@veloracleaning.co.uk.
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may be subject to a charge of 50% of the booking value.
- If our team arrives at the property and is unable to gain access, or if the appointment is missed without notice, 100% of the booking value may be charged.
- We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.
Consumer Right to Cancel
If you are a domestic (non-business) customer who booked online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of it being confirmed, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you request that your cleaning service begins within this 14-day period, you expressly agree that we may begin providing the service during that period, and you may be charged for any work already carried out up to the point of cancellation. Once the service has been fully completed, the right to cancel no longer applies.
If we need to cancel or reschedule a booking due to staff unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer either a rescheduled appointment or a full refund of any amount already paid. No cancellation fee will be charged where the cancellation is on our side.”
6. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth service, customers should:
- Provide accurate property details and access information
- Clear any personal items or obstacles from cleaning areas
- Inform us of any specific cleaning requirements or allergies
- Ensure pets are secured during cleaning sessions
7. Service Limitations
Velora Cleaning will not be responsible for:
- Cleaning of hazardous materials or unsafe environments
- Moving heavy furniture unless previously agreed
- Repairing pre-existing damage or stains
- Loss or damage to personal items that were not disclosed
8. Liability
Velora Cleaning will take reasonable care while providing services. However, we are not liable for:
- Indirect, special, or consequential damages
- Any loss or damage due to third-party services or links
- Any damage arising from customer negligence or failure to disclose important information
9. Use of Website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the website to post or send spam, offencive content, or unlawful material
- Attempt to access restricted areas of the website
- Copy, reproduce, or republish our content without permission
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Velora Cleaning website, including text, images, and logos, is owned by Velora Cleaning or used with permission. You may not use our brand or content without written consent.
